The charges are assessed by the receiving countries customs office and are determined by the listed value of the package. These charges are the buyers responsibility and are collected by the delivering freight/shipping company.

We are also not liable for any products damaged or lost during international shipping due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returned Items:

If a package is returned to us due to customs or other reasons, we will not be responsible for the shipping costs.
